Nscale, a Nvidia-backed UK cloud provider, reported a 1,252% revenue surge to $140.6 million for H1 2026 while swinging to a net loss of $1.02 billion, as it files for a multibillion-dollar NYSE listing aiming around a $30 billion valuation. The company, which has over $100 billion in contracted revenue and large deals like Anthropics’ $45 billion spend, plans to issue new shares and recently raised $3.1 billion in convertible bonds; its top customer accounted for about 52% of H1 2026 revenue, with expectations of Microsoft and Anthropic as future major customers.
